Deciding how to dress when you're having a meeting or class virtually can definitely be a trip - Do I dress up? Do I dress super casual? Do I just not cover at all and hope I don't have to turn my camera on? For those of you who do need to have your cameras on, now that it's winter time, you're probably trying to figure out how you can look elegant and modest while staying warm and comfy this winter season. The great part of being virtual though is that your shayla (hijab) will be the most that other attendees can see. To help your decision on which hijab to wear, we've compiled a list of our top 5. 2. “Luxe” in Black You need the classic black in your wardrobe every season. Luxe is a beautiful cashmere scarf with fringed edges. Even though you'll be remote, it's perfect if for if you decide to go on a mid-day coffee run. With its softness, Luxe will keep you warm while looking chic at the same time during this season. 3. “Ade” A little bit of print doesn’t hurt anybody. This leopard print scarf adds an edge to any outfit while striving from home. Its neutral colors compliments any outfit. While staying at home, its chiffon material allows for a breathable feel. 4. “Malikah” in Silver Malikah in silver is so glamorous and compliments a cold winter day. Silver matches the winter snow and is currently in for the season. Its cool tone will give you a glow that shines through computer screens. 5. “Ayo” in Hot Pink Be joyful and bold, and don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Add a nice “pop” of color to your stay-at-home outfit. Hot pink is a versatile color and can easily be a beautiful accessory color. What makes it even better, is its stretchiness and softness which allows for a comfortable look while focused on that long virtual team meeting that really could've been an email. Just because it’s winter and you're working from home doesn't mean that we can't be modest, comfortable, and fashionable.
