Let’s find out what she had to say. 1. Get organized A disorganized business can and will lead to poor maintenance. Purchase a planner and get into the habit of creating and using to-do-lists, have a physical and digital system, and keep proper records of everything. 2. Analyze competition Your competition will provide you the best insight into what your target audience is interested in, what they don’t like, and what competitive prices are. There is so much you can learn by analyzing your competitors that will help you attain success. 3. Get creative Spend time thinking of ways to improve your business so that you can stand out from the rest. 4. Be innovative Innovation is a driver for success. Your ability to come up with new things and implement them will help your business stay fresh and keep customers wondering what’s next. 5. Stay Focused The beginning stages of a business is filled with excitement because you’re thinking about all of the great things that will happen. However, part of the normal business cycle is having up and down phases. When you’re experiencing these “down phases”, you need to stay focused on your ultimate goal and don’t give up. 6.
